Made by the Minister under regulation 13(1) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Industry Funding Scheme (Sheep and Goats) Regulations 2010 on the recommendation of the Industry Management Committee. The scheme is to operate in the whole of the State. The rate at which contributions are to be paid under regulation 14 for the period beginning on 1 July 2021 and ending on 30 June 2022 is $0.17 per head or per carcass comprised in a chargeable sale.
