It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 17 August 2026 for the purpose of amending Schedule 4—Special Rural Zone and Schedule 9—Hills Landscape Protection Zone provisions, removing specific provisions, renumbering, deleting a plan, and amending permissibility for Hosted STRA and Unhosted STRA in Centre (4) and Mixed Use (5) zones and Table 2—Restricted uses.
