William Joseph Johnston MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, delegates powers and duties under the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 and its regulations to specified positions within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. This delegation does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers. The delegates cannot further delegate these powers.
