I, John Quigley MLA, Attorney General; Minister for Electoral Affairs, pursuant to section 26 of the Professional Standards Act 1997 WA (the Act), authorise the publication of The Bar Association of Queensland Professional Standards Scheme (the Scheme) submitted to me by the Professional Standards Council of Queensland. The Scheme is published with this authorisation and commences on 1 July 2024.
