ED301 Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas Students) Registration Act 1991 School Curriculum and Standards Authority Act 1997 Teacher Registration Act 2012 Education and Training Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2022 SL 2022/61 Made by the Governor in Executive Council. Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Education and Training Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2022. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2022. Part 2 — Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas Students) Registration Regulations 1992 amended 3.
