These regulations are the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Regulations 2007. In relation to Reserve 48325 delete โLot 301 on Deposited Plan 47451, Lots 302 & 303 on Deposited Plan 47452,โ and insert: Lot 301 on Deposited Plan 47451 (excluding the land in Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 416700), Lots 302 & 303 on Deposited Plan 47452 (excluding the land in Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 416700)
