Made under the civil liability legislation amendment (child sexual abuse actions) act 2018 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the civil liability legislation amendment (child sexual abuse actions) act 2018 commencement proclamation 2018. The civil liability legislation amendment (child sexual abuse actions) act 2018, other than part 1, comes into operation on 1 july 2018.
