Permission is given for the use of fire in the open air for the purpose of destroying garden refuse or rubbish in the Pannawonica Deepdale Landfill, located within the Shire of Ashburton. This permission has effect for the period of 5 years from the day on which this notice is published in the Government Gazette, subject to conditions.
