Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27/08/2017, are required by the personal representatives John Andrew Mazzucato and Dianne Norma Mazzucato c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to them by the 06/10/2023, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
