It is hereby notified for public information that the Chief Executive Officer of the Shire of Cranbrook, acting under delegation from the CEO under the Environmental Protection Act 1986, has made the following appellable decisions pursuant to Division 3 of the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, in relation to an application for approval of a noise management Plan for a motor sport venue, namely the “Noise Management Plan—Cranbrook Districts Motorcycle Club dated 10 May 2017—(a) Approval of the noise management plan for the motor sport venue; (b) The imposition of conditions on the approval of the noise management plan for the motor sport venue; and (c) The specification of the period of 5 years as the period for which the approval has effect.
