This declaration, made under section 22 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, declares Didemnum vexillum as a Declared Pest. It is assigned to Category 3 (C3)—Management and Prohibited keeping for the whole of the state, including offshore islands. All previous declarations relating to this organism are revoked.
