Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 september 2023, are required by the executors, julie-ann rechichi, trevor william bennett and ronald james bennett, all of c/- camm & associates, barristers and solicitors, 62 glyde street, mosman park, wa 6012, to send particulars of their claims to them by friday, 5 april 2024, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
