Made by the Minister under section 43. This instrument is the Prohibition on Fishing (Ngari Capes Marine Park) Order 2018. Prohibits fishing in sanctuary areas and restricts fishing activities in recreation and special purpose areas within the Ngari Capes Marine Park.
