Notice to all owners/occupiers of land in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River. Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, compliance with this notice and/or approved fire management plans and/or approved variations is required on or before 1 December 2018 or within 14 days of becoming the owner or occupier of land, and maintain those requirements until midnight 12 May 2019. Details specific requirements for asset protection zones, firebreaks, and hazard separation zones for various lot sizes and land types.
