Laurette Michelle Bolt late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the Estate of the deceased, who died on 31 January 2021, are required by the Executor Nathan Rhett Bolt, to send the particulars of their claims care of Nathan Rhett Bolt, [contact details redacted] Reservoir VIC 3073, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
