Richard John Rogerson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 3 December 2007 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 December 2007 for the area described (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 2 December 2021.
