These regulations are the mines and petroleum regulations amendment (covid-19 response) regulations 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, regulations 5, 8, 11, 14 and 17 commence on 1 april 2021, and the rest commence the day after gazettal.
