In the estate of Mary Laing Amin late of 20 Aldington Street, Maddington, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 13 September 2023 are required by the Executors Rachel May Volpi of 9 Sanderling Drive, Thornlie, Western Australia 6108 and Jason Robert Walshaw of 661 King Spring Road, Thomson Brook, Western Australia 6239 to send particulars of their claims c/- of their Solicitors Mills Oakley of PO Box 5784 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6831 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
