The council of the Town of Victoria Park resolved to make the following local law on 20 September 2022. This is the Town of Victoria Park Waste Local Law 2022. This local law commences on— (a) 1 August 2022; or (b) fourteen days following its publication in the Government Gazette; whichever occurs last. Clauses 39 to 48 (inclusive) of the Town of Victoria Park Health Local Law 2003, as amended, published in the Government Gazette on 19 April 2004 is repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
