Following a poll of eligible producers, and pursuant to section 11.1 of the act, the agricultural produce commission announces that it has resolved to establish a producers’ committee for the dairy industry in Western Australia. The producers’ committee will be able to raise funds from dairy producers within Western Australia to provide any of the service functions listed (a) to (m) in section 12.1 of the act. Dairy producers in Western Australia are now invited to nominate themselves for appointment by the commission to the apc dairy producers’ committee. Nominations can be made at www.apcwa.org.au/dairy. Nominations close 5:00pm, Friday 23 January 2026.
