Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 september 2016, are required by the administrator, being carly simone osborn, to send particulars of their claims to her by 18 august 2017, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
