Made by the Minister for Education under section 11B (2) of the School Education Act 1999. This is the Higher School Leaving Age Options Order 2025. A course specified in column 1 of the table to this clause, being a course that does not otherwise come within section 11B (1) of the School Education Act 1999, is prescribed as a course for the purposes of that subsection.
