Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 14th march 2026 are required by the executor, darlene brown, to send particulars of their claims to her of [contact details redacted] 6022 within 31 days from date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
