Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 march 2019 are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to them care of gv lawyers, level 5, [contact details redacted] 3 november 2020 after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which they then have notice.
