The electricity generation and retail corporation made by-laws with the approval of the governor in executive council. These by-laws are the energy operators (electricity generation and retail corporation) (charges) amendment by-laws 2023. By-laws 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on 1 july 2023. These by-laws amend the energy operators (electricity generation and retail corporation) (charges) by-laws 2006. Schedules 1 and 2 are replaced with updated supply charges for various tariffs.
