Fiona Jane Knobel, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 1 June 2001 and published in the Government Gazette dated 22 June 2001 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 31 May 2023.
