Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 september 2020, are required by the trustee of the late sylvia dawn beeck of care of philip wyatt lawyers, po box 1026, albany, western australia 6331 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
