Pursuant to section 33(1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the Shire of Mundaring gives notice that owners/occupiers of land within the Shire of Mundaring are required to undertake works on their land. This must be done by 1 November each year and maintained until 31 March the year following. Details include maintaining grass height, installing firebreaks, and managing fuel loads.
