In the matter of the estate of June Elizabeth Frances Fairclough, late of Narrogin Cottage Homes, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 14 june 2019, are required by the executor, raymond joseph green to send the particulars of their claim to green legal of [contact details redacted] 4 october 2019, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
