Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 august 2025, are required by the executors, graeme vincent thygesen and andrea joy thygesen, care of po box 309, applecross, wa 6953 to send particulars of their claims by one month from the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
