Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Christopher Simon Lee Agostini of 33b Reflection Mews, Safety Bay in the State of Western Australia, deceased on or before 10 May 2022, are required to send particulars of their claims to Michael David Agostini, administrator, c/- Avery & Ashoorian Lawyers, po box 3144, Myaree, wa 6154 by 30 May 2024, after which date the administrator may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
