Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 40 of the Country Housing Act 1998 that the standard rate of interest to apply for assistance provided under this Act is now 6.48% pa for existing loans approved prior to and including the 20th of December 2009 and 7.26% pa for loans approved after the 20th of December 2009. This change in rates follows an increase in Keystart’s variable interest rate. The increase is effective from the 24 November 2022 with changes to repayments commencing on or after the 24 December 2022. More information available at keystart.com.au.
