In the matter of the estate of dennis marcelo villa-ignacio rebulanan formerly of [contact details redacted] of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on the 29th july 2022 are required by the administrator to send particulars of their claims to the care of sutton family law, level 25/[contact details redacted] 6000 within one (1) month of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
