Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates), in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6th January 2023, are requested by the executor, Charles Berger of po box 732, kununurra, western australia 6743, to send particulars of their claims to the executor at the above address, within one month from the date on which this notice is published, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
