The Minister for Mines and Petroleum varies the exemption of land originally declared on 3 April 2017 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 April 2017 by varying the description to that as described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978. The exemption area will expire on 2 April 2021.
