Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 5th June 2023 are required by the personal representative David Hugh Jonah Payne to send particulars of their claims to the personal representative care of mds legal of 2nd floor, 16 irwin street, perth, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has notice of and the personal representative will not be liable to any person who has a claim but he has had no notice of it at the time of distribution.
