The council of the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup resolved on 28 July 2022 to make the Cemeteries Amendment Local Law 2022. This local law amends the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup Cemeteries Local Law 2020 as published in the Government Gazette on 5 March 2021. A person wishing to exhume a body from a Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup public cemetery must complete an Application for Exhumation form.
