In the matter of the estate of Assunta Maria Nesci late of Acacia Living Group, 51 Alexander Drive, Menora in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which, section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on the 15th March 2020, are required by the substitute executors Lucetta Francina Nesci-Lawrence (Lisa) and Vincenzo Sorgiovanni (Jim) c/- 33 Zamia Place, Greenwood WA 6024 to send the particulars of their claims to 33 Zamia Place, Greenwood WA 6024 by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
