Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 february 2019, are required by aileen lesley armstrong the sole executor of her last will and testament of 12 queens road, mount pleasant wa 6153 to send particulars of their claims to her by friday 7 june 2019, after which date the executor of the estate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
