Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 in respect of the estate of the late Ian Henry Cotter who died on 28 may 2025 late of unit 7/20 north yunderup road, north yunderup, western australia 6208 are required by the personal representatives heather cotter and dylan cotter to send particulars of their claims to them by the 10th december, 2025 to [email protected], after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
