The following scheme is approved— 1. The will dated 15 december 1983 of esmee marjorie byatt, who died on 20 may 2003, establishing the templeton-byatt fund, be amended by deleting clause (g). 2. In accordance with section 24(2) of the act, the expenses of the scheme be paid out of, and be a charge on, the property to which the scheme relates, namely the funds of the templeton-byatt fund.
