Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the council of the Shire of Quairading resolved on 27th April 2023 to make the following local law. This local law is cited as the Shire of Quairading Repeal Local Law 2023. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The following local laws are hereby repealed— (a) by-law relating to buildings—brick area as published in the Government Gazette on 24 february 1970; and (b) by-law relating to buildings—brick area amendment as published in the Government Gazette on 3 march 1995.
