These regulations are the liquor control (yakanarra restricted area) amendment regulations 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the liquor control (yakanarra restricted area) regulations 2010. In regulation 9 delete “30 april 2018.” and insert: 30 april 2021.
