These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Licence Conditions) Regulations 2005. They relate to the purchase of distributed energy by relevant corporations from eligible customers under approved contracts. The price at which the relevant corporation is to purchase distributed energy from eligible customers under the contract are to be approved by the Minister, with the concurrence of the Treasurer.
