Notice to all landowners in the City of Mandurah regarding fire prevention work required under Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Work must be completed by 17 November 2021 and maintained until 31 May 2022. Failure to comply may result in an infringement notice or prosecution. Alternative fire prevention methods may be applied for by 1 November 2021. Details provided for occupied/unoccupied land less than 4000m2 and 4000m2 and over. Burning of garden refuse is prohibited.
