In the estate of Albert Charles Blakers who died on [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Geoffrey Laurence Fry of [contact details redacted] their claims to him by 3 July 2022 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice.
