Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the undermentioned deceased person, are required by perpetual trustee company limited, level 12, [contact details redacted] such claims to the company by the undermentioned date, after which date the said company may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the company then has notice. Claims for the following estate expires one month after the date of publication hereof.
