Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (Shire of Collie) Christmas Variation Order 2020. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Collie local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on specified days and hours.
