Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 27 september 2021 are required by the executor simon dunn, po box 2321 ellenbrook wa 6069 to send particulars of their claim to him within one month of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
