It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the shire of trayning local planning scheme no. 1 on 7 july 2025 for the purpose of— 1. rezoning lot 340 coronation street, trayning from ‘public purpose civic and cultural’ to ‘residential’ with an r10/30 residential density code. 2. amending the scheme map (including legend) accordingly.
